So, I am not a fan of that Shia Lebeouf guy. Seriously, I don't get his appeal at all and it does annoy me that there are movies I have to see and otherwise would want to see and there he is. I really don't know what it is about him that grates on me so - I just have an instinctive distaste for him, and he seems to be kinda bland in every movie I've ever seen him in - kinda a less pretty mini-Hayden Christenson (and yeah, I can't spell any of these dudes names).

However, if Hollywood would replace Shia Lebeouf with Chris Brown, I would go and see every single release in the theater and would also buy the DVDs.

I mean the fact that I can't watch Stomp the Yard has NOTHING to do with this idea -- it would be a spoiler to say otherwise, but yeah. Anyway, it doesn't matter because while Brown might not be the best young actor in the world he is loaded down with charisma and could sure as hell carry anything this Shia dude is saddled with the added benefit of having a believable physicality for action films. And it would make me, a pervy old woman, very very happy (but not *that* pervy, dude's almost 20).

I leave you with this, obviously not the best video in the world, but I think proof enough that if Chris Brown can be the most adorable conflicted vampire ever, he can totally handle Transformers.

Don't make me have to show you "This Christmas" cause I so so so will.

It took me a very long time to be able to actually watch Stomp the Yard for the same reason.

Chris Brown is awesome, he always seems to so enjoy what he is doing with this delighted enthusiasm. The clip with him and Adam Sevani for the ACDC melodrama is one of my favorites from that: youtube link (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lfuBqcfL6f0) (you have to skip past the intro portion).

I hadn't even seen that video, thanks for the point-out, it's awesome.

I've always kinda liked Shia. I guess I was a big fan of Even Stevens, lol. I'll admit it. I was a huge Disney Channel fan back in the day. (You get stuck in the hospital for a week, and it's like the only thing to watch? You get HOOKED!)

But I could see your replacement working nicely.

Why can't you watch Stomp the Yard? I think I missed something there. Shia's not in it is he?

Chris Brown dies in Stomp the Yard, so it makes the movie too sad.
