I would crawl over broken glass to lick: 12, 11, 10, 7, 6, 4, 3
I would run screaming from : I don't scream
I wouldn't say no to: 20, 19, 17

I don't know: 18, 16 (guy from Dead Like Me? if so automatic upgrade to "wouldn't say no"), 15, 13, 8
Heh, I seem like a big ole slut. Oh well, learn it, love it, live it.

It's not abundantly clear to me how Alias or Joan of Arcadia have anything to do with science fiction, or how everyone forgot about Jessica Alba so quickly. As for the list itself, even though I am an Undercover Brother, I am still a gentleman.
I would place my overcoat over broken glass to protect: 1-20.
I would run a marathon to impress: none. I don't have that kind of endurance.
I would pay for speech lessons for: 15.
I would suggest tattoo removal for: 17.
I would ask, "Um, who are you?" to: 20, 18, 14, 9.
I would say, "Freddie, please feed your wife" regarding: 2.
I've had an erotic dream about: 12 (which is sad, because I've always been more of a Holly Marie Combs kind of person).
I would fly to Cambodia for: 7, 4, 3. Impressive, as 7 and 4 don't even live there.
I feel sorriest for: 11. She's been subjected to fanboy lust since she was, what, fourteen? Career advice: don't sign on to be Lois Lane. Vanish for a while and re-emerge on Broadway.

Date: 2003-11-19 03:38 pm (UTC)I thought of that, but it doesn't explain Michael Vartan on the men's list. Or (ahem) why he's ranked so low.
I can't figure out why any of the LOTR men or women are on there either, they aren't sci-fi films.
No doubt the embracing of fantasy by the sci-fi community continues. Of course, I can't figure out why Liv Tyler is on the list, for an entirely different reason.
And how come there are no brothers on the list? (Carl Lumbly? Sam Jones III? That bald guy on Angel? Billy Dee Williams?) There, I've said it.

Date: 2003-11-20 12:40 am (UTC)Damn it, I hate these top whatever lists, they're just more proof that most people have all their taste in their mouths.
Well said. At some point, if time permits, I may have to determine the average age of the 19 men (leaving out David Boreanaz, now 58 years old!) and 20 women.

Date: 2003-11-20 03:44 pm (UTC)* In what seems to be a massive conspiracy, Callum Blue was never actually born. He has no birthday, and all biography pages are mysteriously blank.
** In what seems to be an even bigger conspiracy, David Boreanaz is said to have been born in 1971 (and on some sites, 1973). This would make him 32 or (hah!) 30. A quick search produced an online transcript of a Regis appearance, which shows he is squeamish on the birthday subject. When his engagement was announced in Entertainment Weekly a few years ago, I distinctly remember his age as 38 and his then-fiancee as 26. This would make him a much more believable 40 now.
