Brian is not wearing the bracelet in the "Take a shower. You stink" scene. He isn't wearing it in the silent bedroom scene from 2x20. I don't think. I could go back and do research on every time he does not wear the bracelet. It might have important Saint Brian implications, but I'm tired right now.

Also - in the "Keep Justin Safe" scene from 2x07, when he has Justin on his back and his right hand is on Justin's face and hair - you can totally see Gale's tattoo. It is right there staring at you. I should probably make a cap of it.

Also-2 - Dawn just told me she probably will have to go to Toronto for business next month. She said at first she was saying she wouldn't go - didn't want to go. Then she thought, "Oh, yeah. Gale lives there."

It seems like Brian stopped wearing it when things started going bad with Justin, and he hasn't really worn it much since, even after they got back together. I hardly noticed it on him at all during season 3. I think he should pass it on to Justin, now. In fact, I have quite an elaborate fantasy about him giving it to Justin in a weird fit of passive-aggressive-possesiveness, which may or may not make an appearance in prison!Justin fic.

So, um, are you really gonna post that video tonight? That would make my month.

ya know i thought brian stopped wearing the bracelet after justin brought it back after his nephew stole it. i don't remember seeing it ever after that, but i've only seen the episodes once and wasn't specifically watching for it.

and from what i've read around and about lj i saw the 'justin returns the bracelet' scene different than others did. the way i saw it, when brian was fooling with it as he walked backed to the bedroom he was actually taking the bracelet off and when he flings his arm at the end he's throwing the bracelet. i figured it just had bad connotations after the whole nephew incident and he let justin ever-so-carefully tie it back on simply because he wanted to have justin close, if only for a moment.

Maybe tonight - the vid is finished. As in - done. Complete. I'm happy with it. But we were having site problems, which I think Dawn fixed since headtilt.com is still up.

Actually I would like that. A lot. You guys writing any Brian in the midst of at passive-aggressive-possessive fit would just make me so very happy.

I have to say, I am so concerned for Justin right now. Last night I was watching the vid (which is Brian's POV) and thinking "Justin can't go to prison, he is too pretty! He's like really, really pretty. Someone will want to mess his pretty face up." And then I was frightened, but mainly cause I was all in a Brian POV moment. Today I'm more in a Justin/Justin-fangirl mood and I was wondering what kind of prison he will end up in? State Pen? Or - if they get him for possession and he has enough on him there could be federal charges and that is the Fed Pen - which is different. But the federal charge is like a minimum of 10 years - right? And they have a different parol set. Plus - he probably didn't have enough pot on him. If that is what they get him for. Argghh! So then I'm thinking maybe he does his time at County - which is probably worse than the Pen in some ways, but better in others. And then I decided I wanted Justin in prison wearing glasses, just because I was outside today trying to smoke and the wind picked up and the rain kept hitting my glasses and I was feeling bad for Justin being locked up and it was cold and miserable and wet and I felt this moment of solidarity with him and I saw these pics of Randy and he wears glasses, but Justin doesn't. But Randy in his glasses is soooo cute! Just so grown-up and precious. And I really shouldn't say that since in actuality he is only like 2 years younger than me, but I can't help it. He is just so adorable. Anyway, so I'm trying to work it out in my head how to to fit Justin in prison wearing glasses into canon and I decided that he wears contacts - disposable contacts- all the time and that is why we never see him utilizing lense maintenance, since disposables are really no work at all. But that does not fit with the few times we've seen him waking up and he doesn't have that dry-eye that you get when you sleep in contacts. So I couldn't make it work.

Then I realized that I am treating Prison!Justin fic like it is this TV show I'm highly anticipating, and I'm looking for spoilers and when they aren't forthcoming, I sit around and hypothesize and wonder about what will happen. I am a member of the Prison!Justin fic fandom.

Well - I've watched that scene about a bazillion times now getting the keyframes right for this vid I made - and right before the scene ends he flings his right arm back as he turns right and the bracelet is still there. But it is missing a lot in season 3 and I'm only just now noticing it. I think I have a new project.

I must analyze and make sense of the bracelet.

I, too, have spent many agonizing hours concerned about what is going to happen to Justin in prison. It's very frightening for me. I can't take it anymore, so I try not to think about it, but it keeps creeping into my mind during unsuspecting moments.

He is WAY to pretty to go to prison. It's really terrifying. The other night Laura found this page with all these prisoner testimonials about what happened to them and other prisoners on a regular basis, and it was so depressing and awful I started to cry. Then I imagined Brian finding this page while Justin was in prison, and I wanted to kill myself. I'm becoming more and more frightened of this story every day.

Today I'm more in a Justin/Justin-fangirl mood and I was wondering what kind of prison he will end up in? State Pen? You can just be minding your business, waiting for your turn at the drive-in and all of a sudden it hits you: Justin is going to jail. And then you want to wail "Nooooo" but don't cause the guy at Taco Bell already thinks you are a nut-case because of the gordita incident.

Okay - I feel better. County is more jail than prison - right? So it won't actually be that bad for Justin? Except - that won't matter to Brian cause all he will hear is prison. And actually, I *am* talking out of my ass, cause county lock-up is one thing in a small rural community. Ya get to the big cities and it is some seriously scary shit. Shit that went on in the Shelby County Jail in Memphis rivals Oz. Or so I have been told. Since they have been cited with numerous human rights violations, I believe the stories.

Er, well, it's going to be pretty bad. Though not as bad as it could be, and certainly not as bad as Brian will imagine. The whole thing is gonna be a lot harder on Brian, in the long run.

& I'm giddy from all this spoiler discussion!! & I'm now quite anxious- I'm going to start some of my own research now- on how to break Justin out. 3-5 years??!!! Will Brian be getting conjugal visits?? Or will Mel be heading a discrimination law suit against the county if he doesn't?? & Justin with glasses??!!! Too cute- & quite probable with his heavy computer use- tis hard on the eyes.
