Lots of thanks to the usual suspects - this was actually the most low stress vid I've made since... well, last year.

A little more concrete feedback now that I've had time to really watch it.

This is really subtle: there are all these narrative movements going on - the ending with Drogo dying, and then going back to the beginning and establishing this parallel between Drogo and Viserys, with their progression running contrary to each other, Drogo the barbarian that ends up loving and Viseris the brother that turns increasingly abusive, and Daenerys affirming herself through the progression of her relationships with these two men. There are beautiful details there: the way that, at the wedding, Vyserys looks to Daenerys and Daenerys looks to Drogo; how Drogo looks at Daenerys eating the heart the way he looked at the fighters at the wedding, and Vyserys is doing the same but he's on the sidelines now, excluded from his earlier position of power; and the images of Drogo kneeling at Daenerys' feet interspersed with the images of Viserys forcing her down to the ground and threatening her.

Drogo kills Viserys and Danny kills Drogo and, in the act of burning his body, it's like she's burning her past too, the concentric circles of fire symbolically uniting the different narrative threads (and working in counterpoint to the initial straight line of moving people at the beginning), and forges herself anew or reveals the person she was ment to be all along.

The lyrics work so well all throughout this and there are lots of inspired moments and yeah, subtle layers. Deceptively simple, beautifully done.
