Oh, Festivids! I JUST CAN'T QUIT YOU!

sisabetOh, dear festivids - I turn to my flist in the flush of FINISHING MY ASSIGNMENT (yes, I am feeling smug) and I have been defaulted upon again! Seriously, look it up: I am default #14.
Is it wrong that I find this supremely hilarious? I mean, after last year, in which I made up over 20% of festivid defaults by myself, I really took it to heart: maybe, like Prince's mother, I am too demanding? NO WAIT! Prince's mother is never satisfied. That is not me at all! I loved my festivids last year, they were fantastic.
What does it sound like when doves cry? Is that the sound of default? Is that song actually stupid lyrically? If so, no one tell the ten year old sisabet. She will be crushed. Also, don't tell her that "Darling Nikki" is not the absolutely dirtiest a song can be. She will be scared.
I mean I included three safeties in my request! I didn't even ask for "Purple Rain" Will/Carleton! And I could have! Which is not the point of this post at all. The point of this post is:

You are awesome (you are all awesome, amazing vidders). Thank you so much for taking on my skanky-ass requests. I know they are a bit sketchy but I can't help being me. Here is the deal: Make the vid you want to make -- don't worry if I like the music or the pairing or even the style. Here is a great big sisabet-sized hint for you: I will. If you like the vid and you like my requested sources? We are already soul-mates. And if you by chance make a Will/Carleton "Purple Rain" video? I'll be happy but also a little afraid. Get OUT OF MY BRAIN!
