Seriously? Jennifer's Body? FUCKING AWESOME.

I mean, other than a little lack of gore (which I really didn't even miss) it was a fantastic night at the movies.

Megan Fox can stay. I take back everything I said about Transformers (except for the part about not really getting the Shia Lawhatever thing. Oh, and I also stand by the part about not really caring about humans when there are robots in disguise lurking about). She was perfect in this role. I don't know what else she can do, but in this movie, what she did was awesome.

I'm just really, really (seriously) really happy that here is a movie that was obviously written while listening to "Live Through This" on repeat. I could get all serious and talk about parallels and whatnot and feminism and Courtney Love back when she was relevant, but that isn't me. WORDS! ACK!

OMG I HAVE TO VID THIS MOVIE LIKE RIGHT NOW!!! To... "Left and Leaving" by the Weakerthans except heresluck  would very possibly kill me but I COULD MAKE IT WORK!

It would be cheating to use "She Walks Over Me" or "Olympia" but, you know, also kinda awesome.

Is there anything *besides* this playing this weekend? I think this is where I'm going tomorrow. Every movie for the next 2 weeks is just holding me over till I get to see Welcome to Zombieland. I just feel like... we should see that one together.

I loved the movie too! I haven't seen such a good thriller in a while. Megan Fox did an awesome job too and usually her acting isn't that great.

I want to vid it too! Maybe when it comes out on DVD.

Hey, sorry I have been kind of out of touch this week. I'd actually prefer later but I can go earlier if need be. Does that make sense? I don't think you are posting this early, but I can't post on October 3. The rest of the days, even if I am working, I should be able to post the commentary. Which I should start working on, um, now. So that is what I am gonna do. Right after I finish the VIPs titles.
