It has been a few craptastic days since VVC ended: con crud, work crud, heart-rending-orphan crud (more so than usual, even) and I have just not had it in me to post about my treasured most wonderful time of the year. So maybe I can do snippets.

Seriously, you totally put it in a whole new light for me. It's like a con you can NEVER LEAVE. I'm sitting here gaping with horror.

Because you LOVE it, right? and you love everybody there! and you want to stay forever! but all your STUFF is back home, you can never get enough sleep, and by the fourth day your eyes are dry and red, your voice is shot, and your hands shake when you're not clenching them.

Also, if you manage to make it home alive, you've probably got some sort of weird virus that knocks you down and spreads like wildfire.

There was no chocolate vodka in my bed. All the vodka in the room was on the floor amidst you and Luminosity and dualbunny and SDWolfpup. Who was who at that point? It all gets kind of fuzzy.
