A Long Drive, but Home Now...

You know what sucks about living with someone who is spoiled? Asking very obliquely - based on what you know - would such and such song make a good vid? And if the spoiled person you live with is drdawn she will try to answer very obliquely as well, except Dawn does not do subtle!!! Anything she says is bound to provoke "WTF!?" as an answer. I'm afraid.

A Xander vid has approached me and asked ever so nicely if I think I could do another. I looked at potential Xander vid and it looked back with soft brown eyes and much like Spike I cannot refuse. Oh, Xander - how I love you so. There are some issues - 2 song possiblities - I need help - I remember a version of "Jokerman" done by Sheryl Crow. This might not exist -apparently Dawn and I were discussing several years ago that she should remake that song, but I don't know if she got the memo. I can very clearly hear her singing it, so maybe I am not making it up (damned imagination). The blurrng of fantasy and reality continues for me at least. But I know she redid "Whiskey River" and that was also on the list of songs Sheryl should sing, so maybe I am not off-base. Help?

Oh - not a spoiler but pertaining to the Spike screencap from "Dirty Girls" circulating around so I'll cut

I may need a cigarette.

Daylight savings time means 1 hour less I will have to wait to watch this episode.

OMG. I love that screencap for the simple reason it perfectly illustrates what I love about JM as Spike. Look at his smile. Check out the hint of fang! :)
