Next thing ya know, I'll be finding out there is a special Christmas episode where not only did Jim and Artie body-swap, but they also were visited by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future.

There isn't - right?


Also found out via Flist: destina linked to an E! thing for Stargate SG-1 Season 9 casting spoilers and since I love getting spoiled for shows I don't watch - I clicked and damn. I might have to at least check out season 9. Heh.

But the really important thing I discovered on that link is that Zel Miller has been hired as a commentator by... wait for it... you think you know what is coming but maybe - just maybe the universe is going to surprise you... yes, maybe this time the writing on the wall is so not what it looks like...

I think it is really really a horrible state of the world when my local talk station removes Howard Stern from his previous 24-weekend repeat status and replaces him with Mike Savage. I mean - *I* am offended. Stern = not offensive; Savage=OMGISEERED. I think I might write a letter.

The only thing that makes it better is Jim West in Smurf Village.

Also - apparently this morning - while scraping my car in a haze, I placed my keys on top of the car. Since the ignition key was already in the car, I just drove away with the keys still on the car. See? I told y'all no good could come of this!

ETA: that casting spoiler for SG-1 is now in the comments - so if you are a Stargate fan who does not want to know (although - like Spike appearing on S5 Angel - this will be a hard one to avoid) stay away from the comments.

I think the Christmas episode is in Season 3 and the folks at channel 45 took the show off the air before I could catch that one.

Well, there has to be a Christmas episode. If it's not in the ones I've seen or the ones that you have had access to (the copies I've made for Tzikeh), it must be in season three. That is the only plausible explanation.

All of the episodes that must exist but we can't find are in season three.

We may have to wait a long time to see any of them since program directors tend not to want ot air shows starring people who have killed people in recent memory. We just have to know that they are out there. Waiting for us.

OMG. I've never watched an episode of Stargate either. But I think I'd watch a TV Show based around Ben Browder clipping his toenails every week, so I'll have to check out at least one episode now.

In other news, I read in EW last week that poor, misunderstood Robert Conrad got convicted of DUI and is currently on 6 months of house arrest followed by probation for 5 years or something. I only mention it because you were the first person I thought of when I read it.

Rarely and I do mean rarely am I ever attracted to an actor as I am a character they play. I mean - I think David Boreanez is wonderfully skeezy and enjoy him -- but mostly I am disappointed he is not Angel.

BB - man - something about him. I do like him a lot. I've tried the Stargate thing before and it didn't take (I don't know why - on paper the fit looks really good. I think it was lingering MacGuyver prejudice) but I may try it again.

Crappity crap crap - thank you! I meant Stargate but it rhymes with Farscape and I do stuff like this all the time.

I mean - it isn't as if I could spoil a Farscape fan. Sigh. Maybe they thought I meant Claudia Black or Anthony Simcoe! OH!! Simcoe needs to be on something next!
