I Actually Do Not Have the Patience to Render*

I'm asleep, all is good. I am asleep - and I'm dreaming of skiing. Cool. I'm asleep and now I am trying to lock my car which is morphing into a Big SUV as I fumble the keys. Then a chick pulls a gun on me and I go "WTF" and I wake up.

I can't even trace that dream. Weird.

So Cappy's macbook has gone back to the good folks at Apple for the second time in the less than 6 months she's had it. The first time she had a bad hard drive and lost everything. This time...I have no idea - it kept freezing and shutting down. Meanwhile, me and the Dell going-on-seven-years are fine, plugging away in premiere. I don't have the processor power to actually hear the music and see the clip clearly at the same time in preview, but you know, I like a challenge. This is the tradeoff for better quality source. I mean, I KNOW exactly what Dean is doing in any particular clip and I know what my song is doing so it isn't like I can't extrapolate what this is gonna look like over that. Or you know, render. Also? I said extrapolate. Heh heh.

Club Vivid vids are hard. I was all excited and it was just gonna be shiny and funnyish and shallow as hell. I forgot that I am incapable of not taking the silliest of premises completely seriously.

The television just told me that I need at least 8 hours of sleep a night or glaciers will melt, the honeybees will all die, and Kiera Knightley will gain 5 pounds. At least, I think that is what they said - I am only giving it about 15% of my total attention.

Stupid chicks with guns, waking me up and causing global warming...
