(no subject)

It is the end of the month. I am working on three different reports for three different managers and I'm not really certain how to do this.

Also - I just got an email to update my large loss report. I'm not even really sure what that is.

So of course I am thinking about vidding and specifically vidding "Copperhead Road."

I realized this morning - to make this song work as a vid, I am gonna have to cut my favorite part, since I just don't see Uncle Jesse ever letting those boys run drugs. Shine - sure. That is canon. But Jesse had strict rules and also...did not fight in Nam. So I will have to decide to either retire the song idea for now or cut it up.

(A side note - suddenly I remember that the UT fight song is all about making Federal Agents "disappear" and how that never seemed unusual to me until recently. The South is weird, yo.)

Also - I realize and accept now that Baby Bo Duke just cannot support Steve Earle's voice in this particular song. The POV is all Jesse. As is the Dodge.

Sigh.

It All Comes Back to the Bucket...

So y'know how I was all trying to explain the appeal of Angel/Wes and how it was harming my Spike/Angel thoughts and a bunch of other stuff last week?

And to make Kita feel better - I still identify primarily with A/S - especially in light of the end of the series events...

Mainly I get upset when I think about an AU/Constructed Reality project that Lum and I had planned at the beginning of the season and what seemed like a gret idea at the time now has the power to make me seethe with anger toward Spike and this is over something that never happened. So that is my deal - not a fictional character's fault - if the unreal can even be held responsible - what is the status on that?

And I am still at work. Sigh.
