Mar. 20th, 2003 06:01 pmStill happy in denial-land, I continue my Angel marathon tonight with season 4 and perhaps a commemorative showing of "Fight Club" - we'll see how it goes. Hot Chocolate is of the good. It is even better with Amaretto and Kahlua and whatever else you have laying around thrown in.
Dawn has started a new vid and I want it. I really really [whine]wannntt[/whine] it! It's like every freaking Christmas morning of my childhood. I look at my presents and they are fine, they are what I asked for, but Dawn's toys always looked like so much more fun. I have projects and they are good solid projects. Dawn's vid is shinier though. And makes my throat tighten in that good way. That watching "Born Free" in first grade and trying not to cry at school when you get to the end way. The song - it is perfect - it is just perfect. I wannnnttt it.
She won't let me touch it - even if I don't save any changes. She says she has to play with it first and then she might let me work on it when she is done with it. This is such familiar ground it is frightening. I'm plotting with Lum to take over. Good news is that Dawn gets tired of things very easily. The vid is already over 5 minutes. She might not be able to hold out that long. She is already letting us interpret some of the lyrics. It is just a matter of time now Lum. Just a matter of time.
Oh yeah - www.headtilt.com is down. Dawn is currently in a throwdown with the new server. By "throwdown" I mean standing ineffectually and screaming into the driving wind of course. Not that anybody around here has ever felt like that.
