Smallville - Crusade

sisabetI get home after 8:00 and eat supper and pop in Smallville and the backup DVD player - the Panasonic - choked on both the XSVCD and the VCD - I swear, the Mintek needs resurrecting toot sweet.
I'm gonna look into that. There must be some kinda ritual or chant or something that can bring a DVD player back from the dead. Maybe if I just have faith...
So I watched 4x01 "Crusade" on my computer. *gasp* I know - the horror!
You know - I think one day they should do an All Nude All the Time ep. Wait - they just did.
Okay - into - teaser - whatever:
Lois reaches for the nicorette and wrecks. I've DONE that. I love her already.
So Lois smokes, she bites her nails and she babbles. She is sarcastic and driven and a little too brusque. Good. This is all good - but now I get it - she is Lois Lane, and I think they can calm down a bit.
The joy I feel seeing Steve Deknight's name on the credits cannot be stated in mere words. Steve - I pledge my lege with you. You will see us through Season 4 and give me a reason to be excited on Wednesday nights. You restored my soul. You lead me to lie down in quiet valleys with a rod and a staff and maybe all this will work toward resurrection of the Mintek?
Worth a shot.
Lex has the strangest dialysis set up I have ever seen and I have seen some dialysis. I wish they had let him see just a glimpse of Clark. It could be played off - a kinda delusion under the stress of the potential plane crash and dialysis (takes a hell of a lot out of a person) and well - hell - with a little creative editing...

I don't get the Lana Connection - but I gotta say - I am totally in favor of Lana-Gone-Wild in Europe. Passing out and waking up sweat covered and with a strange tattoo, hell girl, we have all been there. I like this. Nice of her to continue the All Naked All the Time theme and her boyfriend is cute in a Poor Man's James Spader way (and dude I thought the Poor Man's James Spader was James Spader. Must re-evaluate life) but why is she dating a 28 year old?
I want to see Chloe and Lois's conversation on Naked Clark. I just think it would be fun...
Poor Lex. He is so sad and sickly and bless his heart - he ain't ever gonna get better as long as he is being treated by Porno!Doc.
MARGOT KIDDER FILLING IN FOR CHRISTOPHER REEVE!! Do I like this? Why YES - yes I do. And she is looking really really good - for Margot Kidder.
What the FUCK is black kryptonite? And the Clarks battling was either hot in a "Dead Ringers" way or disturbing or... wait!! Dead Ringers was hot in a disturbing way and this was just kinda silly looking. The nakedness helps and again, I think I can creatively edit this to be acceptable to me.
It is good to have projects.
And so now Clark is calling Chloe his "best friend" - I think Clark needs to sit down and understand what the word "best" means - but since he is such a kid and this is a kid thing, I am gonna let this slide.
By letting this slide, I mean he should take off his shirt again. Thanks.
ETA: Lex says, "You shouldn't wound what you can't kill" and I would find this hot except my dad says that all the time. Lex needs to stop talking like my father or I will be in need of some serious counseling. 'Kay? Thanks.
