Dammit I am Leaving! In Just a Second...

So I just finished my monthly report and for the first time in several months, I did not just break even or *almost* meet my goals. Nope. This month, I am ahead.

Whoo!!! Hooo!!!

Also - Today (actually tomorrow - but the money hits the bank account at midnight) is payday - so I decided to order a DVD from Best Buy dot com -- and to do the store pick-up thing. I figured this would get me the DVD immediately and cut out the hassle of dealing with the Best Buy Employees.

Well I am still at work. I am still waiting for my confirmation email that the item is ready to be picked up. I want this before I go home and BB is across the street. I could have *knit* the DVD by now. I bet they are not even *looking* for it. I bet there is a Best Buy person still reading the order form. I bet that if I walked into the store right now - I could find this immediately.

Fuck - I walked Sidwick at lunchtime - but he is gonna be *wild* when I get home. If I ever get home.

Okay - I know that the site says to not go to pickup the item until they email you it is ready - but they also say they will do that with in 2 hours. They do not say that you cannot go and *find* the item you just bought. So I am gonna go be proactive.

Or a pain in someone's ass.

I once did the online order and pickup thing from Circuit City for items in stock. I went the next day. They had the order but no clue what the mdse was. Learned me my lesson well. Spent over twenty minutes waiting for someone in the store to figure out what TDK DSP tapes were. Grr.
