Dude, in the scene where Lex was hiding behind that whateverhewashidingbehind and Bo Duke came up? I was totally waiting for Bo to make a super reference. "Clark? Can you come bail all the hay and milk the cows and run to Metropolis to get something for me? What? You have to study? So, what? All that shit will take you like, what? Two minutes? Come ON, boy, you're an ALIEN!"
In the scene where Clark has just come back from the mansion and Lex is buttoning his shirt? My friend Jim called it. "They started filming at the END of the sex scene, here. See, look, I bet Clark's gonna pull up a zipper or something."
And whoever named the Revered Horse that Trampled Lana "Meteor"? I love them completely now.

You see, this is the genius of Jonathan Kent. You buy multiple red trucks (same year, make, and model) and just insure one of them. Smallville's too folksy a town to concern itself with VIN numbers.

Clark says he has Lex's back. I believe him.

Also, what's the deal with Lex automatically assuming Clark wasn't human? Don't they see a Kryptonized human villain doing something superhuman, like, every week?

So what's the lesson here? Alcohol is bad? Or should Lex have left the scotch nightcap set in Frasier Crane's apartment?

As an Insurance Professional, I am aware that insurance fraud is often a crime of opportunity rather than intent, but I find this troubling on many levels.

Also - Bo needs an extended cab. There, I've said it.
