Sunday, Not-So-Bloody Sunday

sisabetJust a note. My Friday night drunken ramblings was not my review of the Vividcon DVD. I was just really excited to have it in my house. All of these excellent vids now live in my house. Have I mentioned the part where they are in my house? Cause that is key for me.
I've gotten a lot of emails from people interested in purchasing the DVD now. As far as I know, it is too late, but I'll ask around. So, yesterday I installed a 3rd Hard drive and today I get cracking on some vid recuts. Cause now I have space to do it properly. I am also muy inspired watching "Superstar" to recut "Without Me" - so that is what I am doing today. I think I can do this is a day - hell, the original vid only took a week and half of that time was spent on the titles. The making of the titles actually took much longer than the editing of the clips. Cause Lilah waits around for no one - oh no.
I was trying to recut Last Stand, but it is depressing the shit outta me, so I'm gonna do Without Me now cause that makes me happy.
Oh, - I went to see Matrix: Revolutions yesterday and I'll post my thoughts on it later - including how I drifted off at some point mid-movie casting myself andheres_luck as characters so I would at least have some kind of emotional connection to the plot - cause I think we would make an awesome duo in a buddy flick. heres_luck is an Grad Student with a secret past and I am the FBI agent assigned to protect her. Only I am not that competant, just well connected and get in over my head and seriously screw the whole thing up and then we have to go on the run Intrigue! Intrigue! Intrigue! Poor heres_luck deserved a much better agent than me and now she has to use her street-smarts and computer saavy to save us both. Oh!! And at one point we are on a boat that capsizes. Actually, it was the boat capsizing along with Lethal Weapon that sparked my heres_luck/sisabet buddy movie idea. It is a whole new fandom.
Right now, Dawn is back from Toronto, her bags are in Atlanta and her truck is still at the airport. She is on the phone withtruthseekersara justifying her gym. Apparently, her gym is a meat-market (we all knew this) but not the early am crew. No they are all there for the work-out. Uh huh. Sure. We believe you Dawn. Her credibility was just shot, cause she admitted to joining 2 gyms before this one but ultimately joining this 3rd gym cause the guys were so much hotter. I heart truthseekersara and her ability to totally see through my sister. I wish she was here again, along with Undercover Brother. We could have Smallville Parties! It would be great. Now Dawn is giving truthseekersara advice on joining a gym. I fear her.
I love eavesdropping - now Dawn is lamenting the decline of her stalking skills (she was in Toronto for 3 days and never once saw Gale Harold -- of course, unless he was dressed in Armani saying "Hi, I'm Brian Kinney" she would never recognize him. This is the girl that can't recognize actors in character on Saturday Night Live. Halloween parties are fun with Dawn).
