Nov. 6th, 2003 11:55 amI'm bored. I think it is time for another quote of the day:
It's a little known fact that Angel is neither comedy nor drama but, in fact, reality TV. That vampire has no idea he's being taped 24/7. Much like Tom Cruise when he starred in Interview -

About last nights Episodes, I'm not so much with the cutting cause I don't think these are spoilery - just impressiony:
Smallville - I had something really funny to say and then I forgot it. I think it was from brain damage I received watching this episode. Man, I did not enjoy it at all. Perhaps there is some mythology that will be important later inherant to the plot, but I really don't freakin' care. I'm not really here for the mythology, that is just like a big ole plus. I can honestly say that this is the first time that has ever happened.
Angel: I liked it. I thought dude was kinda cute in a Ben Stiller's Dad kind of way. At least, I kept picturing him as that guy. You know - George's dad from Seinfeld. What is that guy's name? Crap. I know this. I do. What was I saying?
Oh yeah - this episode is probably much more important than it appears - but it kept reminding me of the "Fight Club" episode of The X-Files and I remember way back when that episode first airs and I was all upset about the suck, and then 2 years later I looked back upon it fondly. Yeah, good times. Well - I liked this much more than FC initially, but I am also a better, more tolerant person than I was back then. Also - this episode had something FC lacked: Pure True Love and El Robotico Diablo.
I think I have made my feelings known. Have a nice day.
