Imagine Brian & Justin watching an episode of Buffy- let's say Beauty & the Beasts- Daring to look back at the screen, he was rewarded with a delicious visual of a tall, shirtless, well-built, sweaty brunette growling like an animal and straining against wide wrist shackles. He lifted his brow in surprise and appreciation. “I thought this was a kid’s show.”

“It works on a lot of levels,” Justin smirked. “Kinda like ‘Alice in Wonderland’.”

“I’d jump down his rabbit hole any day.” Brian licked his lips and let his eyes wander over the scrumptious male on the screen.

“That’s Angel,” the blond explained. “Buffy had to send him to hell and then this ring he gave her caused some sort of—” He looked at Brian again then rolled his eyes. “Never mind. Just look at the pretty pictures. There are lots of them.”

& now imagine the sorts of Rage inspired dreams Brian might have- (as Justin himself imagines: “He’s all feral right now. Usually, he’s in perfect clothes with a totally coifed ‘do. He’s like the epitome of cool. Actually, it would be hilarious to put him in a story with Rage. They could compare notes on their cool costumes before they fucked like minks in an alley.” The young one laughed at his own scenario. “Or something.”)

Okay Vi, my tolerance for QaF is much much higher than my tolerance for Angel. I think its cause I'm all spoiled for him. Plus, you know how hard it is for me when I'm reading a fic and Brian starts acting out of character? It is like 20 times worse when it is Angel. I mean, claw your eyes out bad. So I'm scared. Is Angel in this fic for real??

Also - are they watching a Scott Hope episode?? Yes, B&B is a Scott Hope episode. Now I want discussion of that!

There were 15 hours worth total. You know that Fox aired them out of order, right? I mean, you're good so far with Serenity and The Train Job, but beyond that...what order are you planning to watch them in? U.S. airing order? Production number order? U.K. airing order as sanctioned by Joss and Tim Minear? Should I shut up and butt out of your Firefly watching experience? I can do that. (I can also provide any info you require because, well...me.)

lmao. I think I should probably go with "sanctioned by Joss and Tim" order. Which is probably how Aexia ordered them as well. Just to be safe though - which ep is up next?

Trusty Aexia. I'm sure he's taking excellent care of you. By all accountings "Bushwhacked" would be next, actually. It's after that that it gets screwy. Production number order and IIRC Joss and Tim sanctioned U.K. order says "Shindig" after "Bushwhacked." But for all my big talk, the list where I actually wrote this stuff down is at home. I'll come back here when I have it in front of me.

& Watching the Buffy episode- just gives Brian some *strange* dreams- Justin makes him all better when Brian wakes up freaked out because of the no-heart-beating, cold thing- Justin warms him back up. :-)
(Brian didn't watch the Whole episode - or rather only paid attention to the Angel-bits, hmmmm, wonder if Justin noticed the similarities between Scott & Ethan?)
Brian is Brian, Justin is Justin- and well- in Brian's dreams Rage, the super hero of Gayopolis pays a visit to the City of Angels. Go read! This author is good, and it has a nice ending.

Now, what this does is make the earlier episodes that Fox aired out of order go in production number order. *But* then the last four episodes, three of which were not shown on Fox, are *not* in production number order. They are in Joss-and-Tim-say-so order. I think it mostly works. I can't wait for the movie! But first, the DVD commentaries!
