New QaF Vid and I Regress...
Aug. 24th, 2003 10:48 pmSo I was gonna try, honestly I was. I tried to not see these guys as nothing more than a piece of meat. Actually, I like them for more than their bodies and general-nakedness, but is is just so easy for me to appreciate the bodies and the nekkidity that I kinda just, y'know, gravitate toward the shiny naked men. Nothing personal. It's my thing.
Again, I tried. I held the can of tomato sauce in my hand and I was gonna write about how the sauce found the dough getting kneaded by a Twinkie in the pantry and ran off with a box of Ziti, but...eh, I'm not cut out to be good. Food slash is not me. I want to see some hot-action.
Speaking of hot action (hee)- New QaF vid has been posted to Headtilt. This one is heavy on season 3 spoilers and is actually
drdawn's baby more than mine. So, since I know for a fact that a bunch of you (well,
mintwitch and
kitkatbyte) have not seen season 3, Vid info behind the cut tag
So - Dawn and I are watching 2x15 "Rage" and Brian becomes a comic-book superhero and Dawn says, "What's next? Is Brian gonna start fighting crime?"
And. Um. He did.
No one was more surprised then me. Hell, 3x13 "Sticking Point" looked like a fucking episode of Homicide: Life on the Streets. Well parts of it did. At least, the two eps of Homicide that I have seen.
Let's get one thing straight. This vid - entirely Dawn's idea. Entirely. She actually had to wait until I was drunk after a party to get me on board. Of course, once I was on board it went from bad to worse.
This entire vid is pretty much an exercise in tastelessness. And that I think Brian is Batman. And Justin is Robin. It's gotta be the car. That and the fighting of crime.
Let's get another thing straight: I hate Toby Keith. I love Willie Nelson, but I hate Toby Keith. That being said, I do not think ole Toby has a fucking clue what he is singing. Willie, Willie has a clue and eventually I will vid every duet he has ever done. But Toby - pretty much one with the clueless.
I tried to explain this vid at Vividcon last weekend and I think I rambled more there than I did here, so bear with me.
Song: Beer for My Men, Whiskey for My Horses
Artists: Willie Nelson and Toby Keith
Vidded by Dawn and me

mrmonkeybottoms for the iconage. ::Smooch:: It's my new theme.
ETA: - oh yeah - this vid is rated R so don't download if you are under 18, kay? Or you will go to hell. Don't blame me. I don't make the rules. I don't think children should go to hell.
ETA 2: Oh yeah - this is why I was running around sing "Well, Justin is the one thing you can always find, you gotta saddle up your boys, you gotta draw a hard line."
