Wearing glasses is better! Because what if you wear contacts, and then your plane gets delayed for hours (or you just want to sleep) and then your contacts become glued to your eyes and *then* the plane crashes and you can't find your way out because your contacts are glued to your eyes and this all could have been avoided with glasses! (Plus, glasses will help errant pens from the guy sitting next to you doing soduko puzzles) from flying into your eye!) Glasses are the best plane eyewear.
