OMG, no one else has ever agreed with me on his allergies. I think people just like him being at risk so that John can look after him.
If you're ACTUALLY deathly allergic to something? You don't ask someone (ie, in Duet) the next morning if they ate something that could kill you. Because you'd know they ate it what with you being dead and all. Or calmly wonder (ie, in Rising) if the meat is lemon flavoured.
I'm sort of willing to believe he might break out in hives if he eats too much lemon. And I'm totally willing to believe that he believes it. But that's about as far as I'll stretch it.
