I *love* the idea of having a feedback buddy, and I think sending feedback to two people a week sounds totally manageable. (It amazes me how much poetry I've read since I committed to reading one book a week -- even though I miss a week now and then, it's SO MUCH MORE than if I weren't at least trying.)
