It was an excellent episode. I think my favorite part of that scene with Ray and Zuko is not just the repressed anger (always nice) and the belt, but the fact that he's scared shitless throughout. And he still does it. Too. Hot.
Fraser is indeed, extremely pretty. And fucked up. Which is my favorite combo, really. (Although I always watch when he starts to cry in "Victoria's Secret," with all the candles around him and everything and he's falling apart, and think, "Mmmm, forearms." I am, perhaps, focused too much on the wrong things sometimes.
