Also, Mexican Restaurant Syndrome (a triangle of partially chewed tortilla slices open your esophagus and infection stops you from swallowing anything) and Exploding Chestnut Trauma (You pull open the husk of an improperly sliced roasted chestnut with your teeth and the built up steam explodes into your mouth knocking all your teeth out of alignment).
