I kinda wish I had just not seen it. I don't know if I will be able to sleep and not have bad dreams after that.
I can't think of anything outside of documentaries and Schindler's List that was that viserally upsetting to me. I almost smoked a cigarette just because I was so upset (I quit New Year's Eve, but I know where a pack is hanging out).
It is an hour later and I think I should put that disc in the closet with my VCR.
