Weekend Update - Just Like on SNL but Not Funny. But I'm thinking about Jimmy Fallon.

So drdawn is now a homeowner. Yay for Dawn. We have been painting all weekend and I think my arms are going to fall off. The house looks beautiful though and the movers should come for her furniture tomorrow. Until then, I'm letting them crash with me ;)

More important than Dawn's nonhomelessness is this: My "Invisible Man" DVDs arrived!! Wheee!!!!

The boy has been implying that I am a dork. I feel the need to point out that *I* am not the one walking around wearing an Invisible Man temporary tattoo of Darien's snake/quicksilver-level indicator. It wouldn't match the dress code at work. He isn't wearing it right, anyway. If *I* was wearing it, I'd walk up to people and point to it and then sing all deep and gravelly: "I'm not the one who's so far away when I feel the snakebite enter my veeee-eein"" but the boy refuses to do this. BTW, you kinda have to have seen Rache and Sandy's "Voodoo" vid to get that last bit - I should probably email them to see if I can link to the vid or something 'cause more people should see it. Until then, go watch Kryptonite. You should watch Kryptonite anyway cause I'm thinking about posting about Dual POV vids and I consider this vid a wonderful example of that. Or something. Yeah - I'm gonna post about that soon and also commentary on Peacekeeper and Clint Eastwood. Oh! I'm also gonna post about my utter failure at hacking my DVD players into multi-region - I'm watching I-Man on my computer and converting the PAL files into NTSC and burning as SVCDs. Or that is the plan. Tmpgenc is being a little bitch.

Unfortunately, I have no time to post now. I have to run over to Dawn's to help her finish painting and then I have to go to work cause it is the end of the month. Oh! yeah - I also have to post about my Performance Evaluation results and the current upheaval in the office and Eddie Izzard making Dawn dizzy and the Boy's crush on Dana Scully (good boy!) and maybe even episode reviews of I-Man season one cause I *am* a dork and the boy was right.

Also - I have CD mixes to review and also I need to wonder why heres_luck put so many songs that are about "The X-Files" on one CD. But later, cause right now I gotta go do stuff. Important stuff.
