I told my boss today that I have decided to start drinking heavily. He expressed concern until I told him that I wasn't planning on leaving the house. No, I will booze it up by myself in the comfort of my home and by the light of my television. He then said it sounded like a plan and he thinks I may start sleeping better as a result.

I finally feel like a real-honest-to-God claims adjuster. Sniff. I'm growing up so fast.

In happier news, I am still a mod at BoB and I haven't destroyed the boards yet! Yay!!! I plan on working, seriously down and dirty on boot camp this weekend. We have the next few homework assignments ready to go so we are okay on that front for at least a few weeks. The concept still seems popular and destined to outlast those few weeks, so if anyone has future homework ideas, let me or one of the other boot camp members know. Apparently, there is some sort of method to the madness that is working itself out. Since I tend to impede rather than assist in organizational aspects I am watching from the sidelines. But the thing is beginning to act like a well-oiled machine, ladies and gentlemen. A well oiled machine.

Liz honey, please don't go to drinking again... you know the kind of trouble you can get in or was that your older sister.....instead make me a vid (Spike and Angel)to "Beer for My Horses"... give the whiskey to your men, beer to your horses and you vid...it just works out better that way....dad said he might have made dawn mad when he called the other day...woke her up after on call all night...he told her she shouldn't have your phone if she wanted to sleep...tell her I'm sorry...getting him his own cell phone wasn't my brightest idea...he called me at work 3 times today just to report on the dogs...he took Buffy and Little Boy to the vet for shots...No, the vet didn't lose them...darn!!!!!! talk to you later, you know who has to go to Winterguard practice now.....

Hi, Head-Tilt Mom! I didn't know you kept track of 'bet on-line, so technically I couldn't "miss" you, although now I will be able to, if you don't show up for a while. Pet the dogs for me. Thank you for writing and yes, I am very proud of all three of my daughters...they are not just great daughters but each one is a really terrific person in her own right...sounds like all of you are too. Not only are the dogs being petted but right now one is alseep on the couch with Cappy and the other in the recliner with Joe. That is the reason I can get the computer, everyone else (Cap) is asleep. hugs and kisses to all, mom
