1) create new > color matte (white) 2) put color matte above where you want keying (doesn't matter where) 3) have color matte at ~30% 4) crop color matte to size you want 5) apply motion
Does the white box move like you want your mask to move?
If yes... 6) take color matte after #5, place above black video 7) render .avi 8) take .avi and place in invisible track 9) apply track matte to clip you want masked and 10) twiddle with effect control. And done. =)
