Since I am still incoherant from Smallville, last week, it gets a free pass this week. As long as the episode is not All-Lana, All the Time, I am cool. It could be about Lana and her new boyfriend and I'd still be cool. I like him. I hope he sticks around forever and ever. I hope, even if it turns out that he is a mutant and he killed his parents, that he still gets to stick around forever and ever and never go away. Ever. Like never. He is certain to be dying, y'know? My luck is not that good. He'll probably be dead before the credits roll tonight. undercoverbro should probably come spoil me now.
No Adam tonight, but never fear, he's sticking around for a while. Like Lex, I have my sources.
There was talk last year that Bruce Wayne may make a visit to Smallville, but the WB synergists (i.e. the movie people) put the kibosh on it, so Adam (last name Knight) is merely homage. Besides, does Batman get dehydrated?
Even if tonight's episode is All Lana, I forgive it. I forgive it because last week they gave me something that you just can't underestimate. They gave me something that can not be measured, something that touches me. Deep inside. They gave me...Lex!Torture.
Not just that, they gave THE HUG at the end. Touchy feely Lex?
Tonight's episode, while not All Lana, was actually Not Bad Lana. Sure, the lisp resurfaces, but her scene with curious Lex ("Who's Adam? ...you didn't answer my question.") had a nice 1st season vibe to it. We need more Lex/Lana scenes like that, or Lex/Chloe scenes period.
truthseekersara said at one point that Tom Welling reminded her of Christopher Reeve. Must be the glasses. LOCKIG*, anyone?
It all started with Carbonite!Han (at least for me - imprinted at an early age for type).
Good call. Luke never suffered man-pain 'cause he's just a boy.
Unfrozen Han: "I can't see."
See, it all comes together.
*Note: LOMIG stood for Lovers of Mulder in Glasses. Do the English.
i'll take that bait
