Mmmm...Chickenwire!Mulder, Holywater!Angel, Aurorachair!Crichton and now Electro!Lex. It all started with Carbonite!Han (at least for me - imprinted at an early age for type). I'd add Spike-On-A-Cross, but I think that would be overdoing it.
Been thinking about this--why Spike doesn't fit. I think it's the self-torture thing. It reeeeeeks of bathos and self-indulgence. And guilt. Yeah, okay the guilt is good. But still. I like my torture to involve at least two people. Or intimate, ummmm, intimate knowledge of the tortur-ee.
