I lost 95 pounds on WW and have kept it off for two years. I'm still on WW, I just eat a few more points than when I was trying to lose!
I tell everyone that the first three to five weeks are hard. They just are. I was hungry and had to cleanse my palate of the kinds of foods it expected. But I swear, after the first month, it wasn't really difficult!
The other thing I tell people is that it really is 5% science (consuming less calories than you expend) and 95% mental. If you want to lose weight more than you want to eat food that keeps you from losing weight, the battle's already over and it just takes time for the science part to work! You sound really determined so, you know, YEA You!
