Law and Order Question
Okay - I forgot to ask this cause of the craptastic Friday night news - but I was talking to this person at work - a customer and this person was absolutely insane and so I went into my best soothing business tone voice up and until this customer basically asked me to commit a form of fraud and I wasn't able to really control my vocal tone which switched from business soothing to business-righteous and I used such words as "unethical" and "I cannot in good faith" and some other insurance term-y type stuff to suggest to the customer that what they were asking - while it makes a great storyline/plot point on "The Practice" is not something we can do in real life. I have a tendency to lecture if not stopped and I kinda went-there. For like thirty minutes. The customer now understands more about best claims practices than any person outside of the industry should. *I* didn't know I knew all of that until I was spouting it off.
The the customer then got all ass-kissy, possibly cause I had the moral high ground and told me that I sounded just like Sabrina on Law and Order and I thanked the customer cause that was a nice thing to say and I ended the call.
Is Sabrina Kate Lockley from Angel? Cause that would make me happy, even if the customer was lying.

That's right, it's Serena, not Selina. My bad.
