Bourne Identity was when it struck me that Matt Damon is actually, surprisingly hot. But before that, he mostly played big puppy dog, cutie pie roles. Two recs, though: He's terrific in both Courage Under Fire and Saving Private Ryan. Both war flicks. Hmmm. ::ponders::

I've adored Val since Iceman. If you haven't seen him in Thunderheart, Tombstone, and The Salton Sea, you're missing out. So much with the hot and the slash, it's enough to singe your eyebrows.

I love Tom Hanks for Bosom Buddies, because he was an unabashed doofus, and for making Band of Brothers. I *worship* him for that.

I used to really dislike Gwyneth, too, but then I saw Sliding Doors, and later Possession. Maybe I only like her with a Brit accent. ::ponders some more::
