I'm with you on finding Matt Damon on-and-off hot. I actually didn't find him attractive at all until he did a guest spot on Will and Grace, and then I adored him like wildfire. And it wasn't the W&G factor, because I'm ambivalent about the show when I think about it at all.

I think he can turn it on and off as he chooses. So weird.
