Your Own Personal Batman

Aww - I'm watching the X-Men movie again and the part where Wolverine thinks he didn't save Rogue still gets to me, manipulative though it may be.

So, I've been thinking more about this whole Eminem Slash thing and while I have absolutely no desire to read RPS at this time (hell, I barely read fanfic anymore and it looks like I will soon be making the move from Smallville to X-Men, and so I am interested in any and all Ultimate Peter/Logan rec's. Either Peter. I am so going to hell) I do want people to know that the Dre/Eminem thing - much like the Angel/Spike thing - is practically canon.

Also - as in A/S - both of the parties are fairly twisted, employing their own unique moralities to create a rather interesting insight on the world and all of their relationships. Both are also very driven, talented and creative. Both are extremely obsessive. I mean, *I* can be obsessive. I have nothing on Dre when he is making an album - by all accounts he barely sleeps at all. Any one doing an even cursory glance at Eminem's lyrics can tell that this is not a man who just lets things slide.

I think it is telling that more than his mother and more than Kim, Eminem talks about Dre in his lyrics.

Of course this is just my opinion. Perhaps I am wrong.
