I am just flabbergasted by the utter stupidity and if these are the kind of people running our party - no wonder rural voters are so disenchanted. Because apparently Urban Centers are LALA Lands where racism and homophobia and poverty are conquered. Where women are not victimized and children are not mistreated. Where everyone knows your name and greets you with a smile and "Hey fellow human - how goes your day?" and the ignorance beyond the gleaming city limits is to be ignored and discounted because they just do not truly matter.
