Midnight Corrections
Damn - this actually woke me up.
Bo Duke is wrong. The cows *will* feed themselves. That is the wonderful thing about cows and pasture. They pretty much have a handle on what to do.
Now - yeah - if you have calves en masse that are not weaned and you have then away from mamma - then you have to give them bottles. I loved that when I was a kid, actually. Also - you do sometimes put out hay in the winter - depends. But cows will feed themselves.
And again. This got me out of *bed*
Watch Smallville with my father and he will eventually make a small disapproving noise and say something along the lines of "The farm really just fell apart when Jessie died, didn't it?"
See - this shit is genetic.

Okay, you know how to get past this. You haven't forgotten how to vid. You've forgotten how to fuck around with vidding, and that's where the fun is! It's not a project! It's fucking around time! Yay!! [channels Ferris: You're not dying! You just can't think of anything good to do.] I'm actually opening Premiere today (some time today) and fooling around with video effects. Maybe levels and key-framed track matting. I mean, I sort of already know how to do these things, but I want them to become second nature. And stuff.
Okay, I know you had a vidding drive, but was your *documents and settings folder* on that drive? Your default one that says stuff like 'Administrator,' etc.? Usually docsandseethings are on the C drive. Look in there and find the Adobe folder. I guarantee you that it's there. EVERY project will have at least a couple of archived ppj's. EVERY ONE.
Is there anything I can help you to replace? I have lots of stuff, not a little that came from you!

I've replaced all the Smallville that I knew was deleted already - I might have missed stuff. I lost *a lot* of clips in various project files and that will be a pain...or time for a new start... I'll have to think about that.
I have not looked and accessed the damage done to Angel. I just keep thinking that eventually S5 will be on DVD and I can relax.
