Well - see - that is complicated and if you missed a tiny post months back - I can see how my life seems contradictory and confusing.
Let me 'plain. No, there is to much, let me sum up:
Dawn bought a house and gave me a few weeks to move out of the apartment before they moved into the house. The day I found and put a deposit on a place, Dawn found out that in order to break the lease it was going to cost her a ton of money. She then decided to cut her losses and keep the apartment thu the end of the lease, with me subletting from her.
So she pays the entire rent on the 3 bedroom and I pay her a portion, thereby allowing her to recoup some of the loss and allowing me to put off moving until the end of this month. Also - it is a pretty nice place.
